Finland is investing heavily in renewable energy. As a result, there is a massive surge in demand for Installation Assistants. You don’t need to be a certified electrician; companies need assistants to help with the physical mounting of panels on roofs and transporting equipment.
Job Requirements
- Comfort with Heights: You will be working on roofs (with full safety gear).
- Manual Skills: Experience using basic hand tools (drills, screwdrivers).
- Safety Mindset: A “Työturvallisuuskortti” (Safety Card) is usually required, but many companies will pay for you to get one.
